Editor: DigiTrans is used to convert Between different number systems with a maximum base of 36. Each Cypher is identified by characters from 0-9 and further the characters A-Z. You also can convert to a latin number system. One feature of DigiTrans is that you can also convert to number systems with rational bases.

Rational bases are Similar to integer bases. Let's look to an example number system with base 3/2. The carry happens at the same time like the number at number system 3. The difference is the increase of the next digit. You don't increase the next digit only one integer, but the value of the denominator. In our example you increase with 2.
